Stay there for the location. Lower your expectations.

The location was excellent

It is very hard to communicate with the hotel. All the published numbers in google, booking.com, etc are not responding. They even sent this Great Experience Survey - when you click on it, it's a dead link. There's something wrong with their communications system. Secondly, we booked a suite - the TV in the suite is not even connected to anything.

Good

Close to Robonson mall, it has a Starbucks close by. Bed was comfy, clean very big hotel. Has restaurant inside. A pool and spacious and inviting lobby. Food was good, a lil bit of a wait.

Quite outdated. I had no cable TV, my hair dryer did not work. No ample storage for clothes. You have to ask for an iron, a safe it was not already in the room. Quite steep price for a small latte, more expensive than Starbucks.

Aside from the cleanliness , overall stay was good.

the location and view from the hotel was good it met our expectations.

The room is not clean when we arrived, our request for housekeeping were delayed

Short and Convenient.

It was accessible and convenient, there was adequate parking and there were a lot of restaurants available near the hotel property.

It was old, not well maintained, housekeeping didn’t even fix my bed nor replaced the 2 bath towels. Hotel restaurant was so so, wasn’t impressed.
